A Brief Overview
The User Experience Designer is responsible for hands on design and crafting highly effective and engaging experiences that meet the goals of our clients and internal colleagues (users and our partners). Will work closely with User Researchers, UX Writers, Product Managers and Engineers to build easy to use solutions. Will champion user experience pain points and convert them into product features to meet users' needs. Design the UI, validate designs and provide specs to developers.

What you will do

  • Lead projects within a product area
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and business goals, Understand the industry, market and customer business problems; translate into product requirements and roadmap
  • Work with UX researchers to articulate research needs and conduct user studies
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
  • Collaborate with UX Writers to create high fidelity designs informed by user feedback
  • Contribute, maintain, and adhere to the design system to ensure consistency across products and platforms
