About the Role
As a User Acceptance Testing Lead on our Customer Team, you will develop and manage the entire User Acceptance Testing process, ensuring both new and existing claim submission -and handling designs meet the expectations and requirements of both end-users and internal users. At Cover Genius, you are the expert in building both the UAT framework and individual user cases to test the customer journey from claim submission to claim handling across verticals.
To drive success in this role, you will have extensive experience in leading the QA process, including creating test plans, managing testing resources, and ensuring that software releases meet quality standards. You must be proficient in using JIRA for project management and issue tracking. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Regular collaboration with the process engineering, product and operational teams will be key in ensuring valuable product and process implementations are achieved.

What will your day look like? You will...

  • Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional requirements
  • Manage the UAT process, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, product management, etc.) to identify risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement
