  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
  • United States (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)ates  
    • Zone A: [$134,100 - $182,400]
    • Zone B: [$126,000 - $171,400]
    • Zone C: [$118,000 - $160,450]
  • Canada (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
  • $152,200 - $225,300 CAD

  • Reporting to the Director of Global Payroll

 As a U.S. Payroll Manager, you will … 

  • [15%] Implement a prompt and efficient global payroll cycle process, including but not limited to base pay, variable pay, commissions, equity transactions, payroll taxes, 401k, statutory and supplemental benefits, etc. for both the US, and any off-cycle payroll runs.
  • [20%] Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for payroll, including recording journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and recording accruals for areas such as PTO, Payroll taxes, variable compensation, payroll benefits, and more.
  • [10%] Develop and manage key policies and procedures for U.S. payroll processing.
  • [10%] Collaborate with the People team to ensure accuracy on payments such as 401(k), commuter benefits, taxable perks, HRA, H.S.A. and FSA, etc.
  • [20%] Actively manage ADP payroll systems and file feeds (Workday, Fidelity). Respond to payroll inquiries.
