US Multinational Advisory Health & Wellbeing Leader

What can you expect

The US Multinational Wellbeing Consulting leader will be responsible for developing and growing the global wellbeing consulting workstream for our US multinational clients. In this role, the leader will work with a range of other internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, solutions and partnerships that meet client needs and drive growth. The role will specifically involve development of strategies and plans to improve employee wellbeing, considering the specific needs and challenges of US headquartered multinationals and their employee populations around the world. This may include designing and implementing global wellbeing programs and initiatives, such as mental health support, deployment of digital solutions, work-life balance programs, and financial wellness programs

This role requires a global view, a strong desire to learn and understanding of quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques and applications. Client and consulting experience is mandatory as the role will be expected to maintain a level of autonomy within client delivery teams. Given the frequent work across lines of business and working in multiple geographies the role necessitates resourceful and collaborative behavior. The multinational wellbeing consulting leader role is a full-time role with individual revenue goals and sales goals.

Background in areas of sustainability,  public health, epidemiology, or clinical disciplines sociology welcome as well as a core understanding of business fundamentals.

We will count on you to:

  • Determines client requirements and briefs client teams. Provides guidance and direction to ensure deadlines, service standards and budgets are met. Provides clear peer review advice for colleagues
  • Manages international consulting relationships with client at senior management level. Handles more complex and difficult client issues
  • Generates sales by expanding revenues from existing clients and by leading prospecting efforts with new clients
  • Oversees intellectual capital and training initiatives including conceptualizing new client issue campaigns and tool development
  • Determines the full scope of services provided to the client and sets roles/responsibilities within the client team
  • Sets strategic direction and creates demand for new products/services in the marketplace and leads successful global, regional, or national marketing initiatives
  • Makes a measurable contribution through specialist research, developing intellectual capital, improving processes, and representing the company at external seminars
  • Delegates effectively to provide developmental opportunities to team members.
  • Provides mentoring and coaching to direct reports and project team members.

What you need to have?

  • BA/BS
  • At least 10 years related experience.
  • Experience in the field of global employee wellbeing, preferably in a consulting or leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of wellbeing strategies, digital solutions, and best practices, including an understanding of the specific global challenges faced by US multinationals.

  • Knowledge of comparative health care ecosystems and insurance fundamentals

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and promote consulting services.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess organizational needs and develop tailored solutions.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement wellbeing initiatives.

    Knowledge of sales and business development strategies to identify and pursue opportunities with US multinationals.

Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $144,000 to $288,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
