About the RoleAs the E-commerce Site Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful operation of Blue Bottle Coffee’s DTC eCommerce business. You will be responsible for seamlessly delivering unforgettable coffee experiences to our at-home guests, working closely with supply chain, product innovation, and engineering teams to set up and launch new merchandise and coffee products on our site. You will also be responsible for supporting weekly business tracking and insights gathering to support the long-term business thrive. We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with systems & tools.  You are passionate about the guest experience and obsess over improving the shopping experience for our guests. You are comfortable reviewing sales data and leveraging insights to drive our onsite merchandising strategy, in service of creating an unparalleled onsite shopping experience. You’re driven by performance, progress, and achievement against big goals, and you’re uniquely motivated by getting Blue Bottle’s freshly roasted, responsibly sourced, peak-deliciousness coffee, mugs, and brew tools into more and more homes.
This is a remote-based position with a requirement for employees to be based in one of the following seven metropolitan areas, with a strong preference for the California market:The San Francisco Bay AreaLos AngelesSan DiegoBostonChicagoDCNew York City

You will:

  • Own Bluebottlecoffee.com site merchandising activities. You will be responsible for managing the look and feel of the ecommerce site, ensuring the experience is aligned with Brand & Ecommerce KPIs. 
  • Own the timely launch of products and seasonal campaigns on the E-Commerce site. Partner closely with product, supply chain, marketing, technology, and fulfillment teams to launch products. Define and measure the success of product launches. 
  • Support weekly sales reporting and results sharing with cross-functionals, monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate the ‘health’ of the eCommerce business.
  • Support the creative briefing for regular content refreshes for the Homepage and PLPs to ensure alignment with business goals.
