As our Denials & AR Operations Support you will be responsible for incoming calls and correspondence. Every day you will answer incoming calls and correspondence and direct to the appropriate party. To thrive in this role, you must have prior work experience in an administrative role with a focus on phone work. Attention to detail and proficiency in basic computer skills is essential for excelling in this remote position.

Answer incoming calls and correspondence and direct to appropriate person
Navigate R1 systems and Microsoft Office products.
