The Role
We’re looking for an experienced, hardworking, and driven individual to join us as a Clinical Recruiter. You will report directly to the CEO. This is a Part-Time Contract Remote opportunity based in the United States. This is a 3-month contract position with potential for extension or conversion. In this role you will recruit for clinical roles such as RNs, LPNs, and Clinical Instructors. You’ll collaborate with others on the talent team and internal teams to define hiring requirements, schedule interviews, and be an integral part of the recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for clinical roles, including RNs, LPNs, Case Managers, Clinical Instructors, Clinical Leads and other healthcare staff.Managing the internal pipeline of applicants and reporting in Greenhouse (ATS) and helping to improve hiring efficiency and progress.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, networking events) to build a strong pipeline of clinical talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clinical leadership to understand current and future staffing needs across various departments.
- Partner with credentialing and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and credential verification.
- Continuously stay up to date with healthcare hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in clinical recruitment.
The Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing for clinical specific roles
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
- Experience working with ATS systems like Greenhouse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work US PST Hours from 9AM to 5PM

This is a Part-Time Contract role with an estimated $30-40/hr, with the expectation to work up to 30 hours per week. This is a 3-month contract with potential for extension or conversion.
