As our Manager of Client Delivery for AR and Denial Management you will be responsible e for supporting internal initiatives and implementing client programs as it relates to R1âs AR & Denials Management solution. Every day you will have client engagements, perform data verification, create reports, deliver service results to clients, respond to client questions, and take client meeting minutes. To thrive in this role, you have experience in AR and Denial Managment, enjoy presenting to leadership, and managing large accounts.
Responsibilities:Â
Portfolio will be of a higher level of complexity, ensuring consistent service delivery and client satisfactionÂ
Coordinate with senior leadership and cross functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and the resolution of complex issuesÂ
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance client relationships and drive business growthÂ
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients (minimum of 5 clients) and act as a communication connection between clients and Operations, Client Success, and other service linesÂ
Manage client meeting schedules and agendas for assigned client\Utilize spreadsheets and data visualization software including Excel and Power BI to create materialÂ
Create, Deliver and Present all standard and ad hoc client facing reporting based on client needsÂ
Use various methods to compile, analyze and convey numerical or statistical data, including pivot tables, graphs and spreadsheetsÂ
Perform account level auditing for report/deliverable integrity where applicable
Coordinate with Client Delivery Director on SME inputÂ
Maintain and manage client required documents, ensuring accuracy and timely updates, while coordinating effective communication between all relevant stakeholders
Manage and lead client meetings: Agenda Creation/Distribution, Meeting deck prep and coordination, Deliver project results to Clients, Create Meeting Minutes as an active listener to demonstrate clear understanding of client needs and action items â
