As the Service Commercial Operations Director, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service Product Management, Modality and Finance teams, to support growth programs and enhance our commercial processes, working directly with our Service Commercial Sales team. Your leadership in root cause analysis and process improvement will be crucial in identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring our commercial operations are world-class. Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively track & analyze commercial metrics such capture rate, renewal rate, warranty conversion rate, POS rate, revenue and win rate.

  • Present segment and modality performance in leadership reviews.

  • Lead root causing analysis to identify opportunities to grow revenue or increase productivity.

  • Partner and support Service Product Management and Modality teams to execute growth programs, such as Subscription Software Growth, Continuity, Upgrades Growth, etc.

  • Track and analyze KPIs for Growth Programs and campaigns

  • Regularly assess and monitor commercial process health, develop roadmap with goal to attain world-class commercial operational processes.

  • Lead key components of strategic Service CRM transition.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 

  • Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years' work experience.  Minimum of 6 years of operational and/or process work experience.

  • Business Acumen: Deep knowledge and experience with concepts of sales, margin, price, mix in relation to driving business growth.

  • Strong Analytical Acumen: Ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.

  • Executive Communication: Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering presentations and memoranda to senior-level executives.

  • Problem-Solving: Clear thinking and a successful track record in leading process improvements within operations and finance functions.

  • Process Simplification: Demonstrated experience in simplifying complex, multi-functional processes. 

  • Project Management: Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs, demonstrating established project management skills.

  • Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in data compilation and aggregation using Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, Macros, PowerQuery).

  • Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to influence others across all levels, functions, and regions.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Master’s Degree: MBA or Masters in other business or healthcare majors. 

  • Lean and/or Six Sigma certifications.  

  • Medical Device Product Knowledge:  Knowledgeable with GE Healthcare devices

  • Product Development:  Experience with New Product Introduction for medical devices

  • Enterprise Systems Familiarity: Experience with enterprise systems such as Siebel/SMAX, Oracle, and Salesforce.

  • Reporting Platforms: Familiarity with reporting tools like PowerBI, Spotfire, and OBIEE.

  • Report Development and UX Skills: Experience in report development and/or user experience (UX) design.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $137,280.00-$205,920.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
