Marsh, a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the US & Canada Cyber Coverage Leader. In this role, you will report to the Marsh Global Cyber Product Leader and be an integral part of our global coverage and product team.

As the US and Canada Cyber Coverage Leader, you will be a member of our Global Cyber Insurance Center (GCIC). You will have the opportunity to lead proprietary coverage innovations that will be infused into our suite of products. Your role will also involve acting as a central conduit, creating a feedback loop between our advisory, placement, and claims teams to ensure that valuable insights are considered within Marsh products and insurer forms.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and enhance wordings/endorsements to ensure comprehensive and effective coverage solutions.

  • Provide support to clients and third parties in resolving complex coverage issues, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

  • Deliver technical training to colleagues to enhance the team's expertise and capabilities.

  • Engage in matters of public policy, as desired, to contribute to the industry's development and growth.

  • Take part in the commercialization of coverage solutions for new and emerging risks, such as GenAI, to stay at the forefront of the industry.

  • Contribute to the evolution of coverage principles to uphold the highest standards of coverage guidance and innovation.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $177,900 to $427,100.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
