Upgrade Center Engagement Owner

As an Upgrade Engagement Owner you will be accountable for the overall successful delivery and coordination effort of multiple upgrade projects spanning a combination of platforms, generally including the Millennium EMR. Much of your time will be spent ensuring that internal and external project teams have appropriate resources and accountability to complete tasks within the assigned timeframe. You will also be responsible for tracking all project issues, identifying risk level, and working with internal and external parties to ensure there are mitigation strategies in place within the timeline. You will ensure appropriate customer and internal Oracle stakeholders are informed of project status, risks, escalations, and any applicable lessons learned. You will cultivate external customer relationships to achieve business objectives as well as implement process improvement strategies. Your work is usually accomplished by working remotely with clients. However, depending upon the team you are assigned, travel may warrant onsite time with your assigned clients, which may include up to 20% travel.

Basic Qualifications:
- At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
General Expectations:
- Willing to travel up to 20% of the time as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned

US: Hiring Range: from $26.68 to $54.13 per hour; from $55,500 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
