Job Description
The Regional Recruitment and Outreach Specialist is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for marketing online advanced degree programs offered by the MUSC College of Health Professions (CHP). This role requires extensive travel within South Carolina to develop and manage recruitment territories, foster partnerships, and achieve enrollment goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about education and healthcare, possesses exceptional communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Essential Functions
20%: Market Development: Promote MUSC CHP’s online and advanced degree programs by increasing brand awareness and interest across South Carolina.
20%: Territory Management: Strategically develop and manage a geographic territory to achieve lead, application, and enrollment targets.
20%: Marketing Campaigns & Recruitment Events: Introduce and leverage marketing initiatives, building partnerships to expand outreach efforts. Organize and facilitate 12-15 recruiting events (information sessions) each month to engage prospective students.
20%: Social Media Engagement: Utilize social media tools to enhance recruiting efforts and promote program offerings.
20%: Trends and Communication: Stay informed on programmatic and workforce trends, providing insights and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 2 years of sales or healthcare industry-related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, CRM/Salesforce, and related systems.
Familiarity with healthcare entities in South Carolina.
Demonstrated success in managing a large geographic sales territory.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to meet KPIs.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Preferred
2 years of hospital/healthcare sales or higher education experience.
Prior experience in B2B, B2C, or business development roles.
Work Environment
Remote Role: Extensive travel required (up to 75%) within South Carolina to manage recruitment activities in collaboration with MUSC CHP.
