- $16.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze galaxy cluster FITS images using ds9 and IRAF
- Map out spiral bar color profiles using CFHT, KPNO, and WINGS imaging data

Minimum Requirements
- Physics major or minor in the Department of Physics and Astrophysics
- Currently taking or have taken PHYS 110 (Introductory Astronomy)
- Enrolled in a minimum of 1 credit for the employed academic semester
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
