Remote Position Available Statewide to Residents of AZ, ID, KY, MD, MO, NC, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT

As an Under 65 Sales Representative, you will help support those 65 years of age and under to gain medical insurance coverage. You will apply your insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

As an Under 65 Sales Representative, you’ll utilize your in-depth Life and Health Insurance knowledge and sales skills to consult customers 65 years of age and under on the most beneficial Life and Health Plans that best suit their specific needs. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Calling, presenting, and selling Insurance products across an array of carriers
  • Calling on Provided Leads, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs and market appropriate product and services
  • Achieving sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling products
  • Establishing client relationships and following up with customers as needed
  • Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products
  • Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day
  • Providing a positive customer experience

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
  • Excellent work ethic and adherence to work schedule
  • Ability to work independently and hold yourself accountable for your performance while adhering to your work schedule
  • Able to navigate multiple computer programs at one time
  • Reliable internet with plug-in ethernet/network cable and a dedicated workspace in your home; Allstate will provide all the equipment
  • HS Diploma or GED is required

  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) speakers are needed, however, this is not a requirement

Certifications and Licensures needed:

  • Ability to acquire a General Lines L&H License within 60 days of your start date, paid for by Allstate.

Compensation:

  • This position starts at a $15/hr base + Uncapped Commission.
  • Average First Year Earnings: $60,0000.00 - $70,0000.00
  • Average Second Year Earnings: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00+

Compensation offered for this role is $14.57 - 17.02 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
