Position: UI/UX Designer

Location: New York (Hybrid 2 - 3 days a week) or fully remote if not NYC based

XEN is seeking a skilled Designer to strengthen our team. This individual will play a key role in our business expansion efforts. As we grow, we are keen to collaborate with professionals who are experts in their fields, aspire to develop their careers with us, and are potential future leaders. This role will report directly to the CTO.

Required qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Figma. We are a React-based Web app, so a skilled Designer will enhance our front-end engineers' ability to build.

• Comfortable leading weekly Design Review Sessions, eliciting feedback, and incorporating iterations.
