UA Manager (Meta)

As a UA Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, managing a daily budget of $50–100k and also partner with the creative team to explore new ideas, analyse competitor trends, oversee asset testing, and deliver insightful performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing and scaling campaigns in the Paid Social channels (Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, etc), monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to achieve KPIs such as CR, CAC, ROAS
• Efficiently managing a budget of $50-$100k daily
• Creating hypotheses for testing new setups of creatives and audiences
• Working closely with the creative team: brainstorming new ideas for creatives, researching competitors' creative approaches, assigning creative tasks, testing new assets
• Making regular reports on campaign performance
  

We expect that you have

• 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition
• Experience in working with the Health & Fitness industry, knowledge of the market and audience
• Proven track record of successfully managing user acquisition campaigns and driving growth in web and app
• Having experience in launching projects/sources from scratch, understanding how to grow marketing spend
• Experience with budgets starting from 500k monthly
• Familiarity with web and app analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Tableau, etc
• Understanding how metrics are built to analyze the effectiveness of app/web purchasing: LTV, ROAS, cohorts
• Understanding how SKAd Network attribution works
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel/Google sheets
• Fluent English level
