Under limited guidance, use advanced knowledge of Trust business line processes to serve as a resource to Associated Trust Company for project, process, system configuration and data request initiatives. Needs to possess a robust understanding of the businesses they support, at an industry and business level, allowing them to incorporate key elements into initiatives.Manage the implementation of projects that impact business processes and/or systems. Partner with management and Associated Trust Company point persons to develop solutions and design to impacted stakeholders. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to prioritize multiple assignments, understand technical components of systems, conduct discussions with all levels of users and vendors, and possess sharp analytical/problem solving skills in order to drive business efficiencies and compliance focused change.
Job Accountabilities
• Provide management and coordination of Trust business line projects that impact Associated Trust Company processes and/or systems. Identify project scope, document project specifications and timelines, and determine resources required for completion. Prioritizing multiple projects, monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Act as a resource to Associated Trust Company to solve for process, system configuration and data request initiatives. Serve as a project point of contact for all parties including management, vendors, internal IT department and business lines. Engage external vendors through support calls and enhancement requests.
• Partner with Trust Company resources to facilitate business requirement design and development discussions, defining system solutions for project-based initiatives. To provide ongoing management and hands-on development support, possess a solid understanding of the technical components of various systems and sharp analytical/problem solving skills to drive business efficiencies and compliance focused change.
• Work with management and applicable Trust Company resources to review system applications for Associated Trust Company and determine needs of users for coordination on possible enhancements. Manage overall enhancement opportunities and ensure functionality is fully vetted and implemented.
• Work with Trust Company point persons, management and the Trust Training & Procedure Coordinator to identify opportunities for on-going training needs related to system enhancements and project deliverables. Assist with training needed for customer-related products to ensure Trust Company colleagues are proficient in products and services.
• Advise impacted stakeholders regarding solutions and design for process improvement and efficiencies. Attend and sometimes facilitate meetings focused on integrating new processes with existing ones, developing and implementing internal tools, and participate in the communication of changes to impacted teams.
• Assist with the development of procedures, guides and training needed as a result of new product rollout, changes as a result of enhancements, etc.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Communications, Business, Management, or equivalent Required

Experience
4-6 years Financial Industry project management or systems experience, or equivalent Required
Licenses and Certifications
Other Industry-related Certifications Preferred
