A Brief Overview
Treasury Service is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented individual with a learning mindset to join our team. In this role, you will manage the daily operational aspects of cash and merchant operations, short term liquidity analytics and reporting. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate on cross-functional projects within the organization, while gaining a comprehensive understanding of corporate treasury functions.

What you will do

  • Cash Management:

  • Perform daily cash positioning of entities and management of short- term liquidity.

  • Execution of all EFT requests.

  • Assist in managing bank relationships, tracking bank fees and supporting account administration

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and with the operating banks to resolve stakeholder queries.

  • Assist with creating and maintaining the cash flow forecast for SHC and all its entities.

  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly liquidity reports and dashboards

  • Merchant Operations:

  • Set up of new Merchant ID requests from the department.

  • Maintain Tableau dashboards used for reporting of merchant activity and fees.

  • Analysis of Merchant fees and reconciliation against the ledger

  • Support stakeholder queries and interaction with merchant processors

  • Assist in implementing and enhancing treasury technology for cash management, forecasting and reporting.

  • Support the accounting team as it relates to cash, merchants, and related accounts.

  • Provides audit, internal compliance, and due diligence support.

  • Cross train on all treasury functions and provide coverage as needed.


Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field from an accredited college or university

Experience Qualifications

  • Two (2) years minimum of directly related work experience

  • Experience with cash management, banking, cash flow forecasting

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to develop financial analyses.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Must be detail oriented, well organized with effective written & oral communication skills.

  • Knowledge and experience with Tableau are a plus.

  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, dependability, and flexibility.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and stay focused on key deliverables when unexpected challenges arise.

  • Willing to adapt quickly to changes in direction.

  • Ability to foster effective working relationships and work as a team player.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $49.19 - $63.95 per hour

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
