Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Transmission Optimization Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to minimize the volume of unactionable transmissions received from CIED vendor websites. The position will report to an Associate Manager of CIED Operations. These duties and responsibilities include, without limitation, the following:

• Demonstrate in-depth understanding of website functionality for each device vendor (Medtronic, Abbott, Boston. Scientific or Biotronik).

• Accurately set up transmission alert settings for each partner clinic on the vendor websites and on 3rd party software following Cardiac RMS protocols.

• Monitors the volume of alert transmissions for each clinic using available analytic data and adjusts clinic or patient alert settings as needed based on Cardiac RMS protocols.

• Collaborate with primary PCS as needed when making alert adjustments.

• Document changes to alert settings in vendor websites and on 3rd party CIED software platforms.

• Adjust scheduled transmissions for each clinic to ensure adequate time for report creation before monitoring periods end; adjusts schedules to avoid receipt of scheduled transmissions on weekends.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous cardiac vendor website experience preferred

• Basic understanding of cardiac devices and previous arrhythmia identification preferred.

• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, & organization skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
