What’s in Store
We're on the lookout for a Transformation Process Analyst. As a Transformation Process Analyst, you will report to the SVP of Global Change with dotted line responsibility to a Program Leader. The Analysts work closely with project teams and group divisions to deliver data and process analysis on a diverse range of strategic projects to assess time, budget, and quality, as established by the enterprise Executive leadership team.
- Utilize problem solving and improvement techniques such as gap analysis, root cause analysis, impact assessments etc. to propose recommendations and solutions to business issues
- Acquire data and use data analysis methods to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), trends, insights, and predictive outcomes
- Leverage data analysis tools and methods such as root cause, statistical process control (SPC), and analysis of variation
- Manage and deliver analysis on Global Change projects covering Process, systems, technology, and services
- Conduct process improvement and process mapping activity such as current state process analysis documenting ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes, identifying waste, pain points and potential automation/AI opportunities where applicable.
- Develop process flow, journey maps, and process models using enterprise process documentation applications and methods to illustrate the process, expense, and process performance outcomes
- Support a range of Transformation projects from process efficiency improvements and redesign as well as IT change projects such as system migrations and implementations.
- Work alongside the Change and Transformation team to engage the relevant business areas and support building of benefits cases with a focus on tangible ROI
- Lead or support in facilitation of workshops, working groups and requirement gathering activity with key business areas
- Complete all relevant Process reporting and analysis documentation to a high standard
- Positively engage Business sponsors, leads and subject matter experts throughout the change journey
This role is a full-time, remote position.
Your Expertise, Skills, and Abilities
- Certified and experienced with executing Six Sigma projects (i.e. 6-sigma Green Belt, 6-sigma Black Belt, LEAN, Design for 6-Sigma, etc.)
- Training or experience in Business improvement methodologies such as Lean/Six sigma, Change Management, Business process analysis and mapping, Agile, Systems thinking or other relevant change methodologies
- Experience in delivering operational and technology focused process improvement projects including the development of automation
- Strong analytical, methodical problem solving and process improvement skillset in a transformation focused environment.
- Technical and system awareness to support IT change projects such as system migration, implementation, and consolidation activity
- Demonstrating expertise in Process Improvement and process mapping
- Leveraging data and analytics to understand ROI and financial benefits
- Data analysis experience, advanced use of MS Excel, and data analytic tools such as PowerBi, and/or statistical analysis tools (JMP, Minitab)
- Attention to detail and ability to quickly understand new concepts
- Strong facilitation skills are a necessity and demonstrated use of tools and methods to identify the best overall solution to problems.
- Ability to effectively engage in discussions relating to operations, technical solutions, and Financial and Information security details associated with work assignments
- Experience across full project lifecycle from Discovery to BAU
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to produce a high standard of documentation of analysis outputs adapting to suit different stakeholder groups/levels of seniority
- Ability to build trusting relationships with all stakeholders across the Group globally and with various suppliers and outsourcers to achieve and fulfil their objectives.
- Continuous improvement mindset, naturally inquisitive and eager to learn and develop.
