The ideal Full-time Assistant Transaction Coordinator candidate should possess proactive communication skills, the ability to work independently, be detail-oriented, loyal, committed to working hours, and consistently meet deadlines. They should also be a problem solver and open to collaboration.


Responsibilities:
  • Assisting transaction coordination team with contract to close

  • Data entry from contracts

  • Sending documents for signatures

  • Maintaining database

  • Saving and organizing documents

  • Sending Introduction Emails

  • Recording Earnest Money Transactions


Qualifications:

- Previous TC/Assistant TC experience required.

- Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English is a must!)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail Oriented, Loyal, Committed and Consistent

- Proactive Problem Solver

- Proactive Date and Deadline Management

- Excellent Team Collaboration Skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proven experience working on a graveyard shift

Schedule : Monday - Friday, graveyard shift

Rate: $5.5/hour
