The Training Coordinator supports CACI contracted taskings for Ship Repair Facility – Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC).

You will work directly with the Navy customer and CACI course developers and instructors to support existing and future courses and other training efforts in these areas: Professional Mastery Workshops (PMW), Project Management Fundamentals (PMF) training, the Integrated Project Team Development (IPTD) Program and other SRF-JRMC training courses.

You will also coordinate activities in these areas: communications, assessments, reporting, logistics and updating course content.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and delivering training in Project Management Fundamentals:
  • Provides a foundational understanding of naval ship maintenance Project Management Best Practices Personal Mastery Workshop:
  • Personal development workshops to improve interpersonal relationships and emotional intelligence Integrated Project Team Development:
  • Build strong project teams; improve collaboration and communication through a series of facilitated exercises and events.
  • Facilitate additional meetings, classes, and events that emerge in support of our customer.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to lead and assist CACI facilitation of trainings and workshops.
  • Facilitate training activities and create conditions for full participation of audiences.
  • Conduct research to understand the principles and objectives of PMW, PMF, IPTD and other trainings.
  • Ensure participants are informed and prepared for training events by printing/distributing/administrating read-a-heads, pre-course exercises and materials.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics and training schedules in close coordination with Team Leads, identifying potential conflicts and opportunities.
  • Maintain training records in accordance with CACI / SRF-JRMC requirements (participants, sign-in sheets, registration).

Qualifications:

Required-Active SECRET security clearance

Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of work experience in a professional environment as a Training Coordinator and Facilitator

Proven track record of coordinating successful training programs

Familiar with current best practices in learning and development

Excellent project management skills, including time management, problem-solving, multitasking and attention to details

Ability to react to and manage ambiguity.

Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

Certified in delivering Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, Certified GENOS Emotional Intelligence facilitator, Certified Inside Out Coaching Instructor

Desired:

Knowledge or experience working in a Naval or Shipyard environment

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$56,000-$117,500
