Job Description:

BeautyHealth is hiring a Tradeshow Manager who will be responsible for managing company events, seminars and tradeshows with the unified goal of increasing brand awareness, provider engagement, and conveying the overall Hydrafacial experience. Our Tradeshow Manager will work cross functionally with departments to ensure events come to life, from conceptualization to execution.


  • A to Z planning and execution of 50+ exciting industry shows delivering on overall Brand & Consumer Engagement strategy - elevating attendee experience, amplifying the brand, and maximizing partner exposure.
  • You’ll be the tradeshow production wizard, managing sponsorships, booth layout design & traffic, creative assets (ie. graphics, displays), housing & registration, vendor orders, event permits and logistics.
  • Working within budget parameters, you will forecast, track and reconcile expenses and process payments in a timely manner. Experience in capturing KPIs and measuring show lead generations and ROI conversions.
  • You’ll flex your communication skills ensuring our internal team and service vendors are in the know with clear, consistent, and detailed production project plans and event timelines.
  • Assist with corporate and sales event design, planning and production. Collaborate cross-functionally within the company and with vendors, suppliers, and venue contacts to deliver best-in-class exhibits and events that drive our brand & customer engagement!
  • Additional duties as assigned by leadership.


  • 5+ years professional experience in tradeshow and event planning within a marketing team where you were responsible for managing multiple shows/events at one time.
  • Experience managing vendors and holding others accountable for meeting timelines and deadlines. An ability to create robust and detailed communications so that no one gets lost or misunderstands event details.
  • Skills in using Smartsheet, Salesforce & Microsoft Office Suite, must be able to create Powerpoint Slides and Excel spreadsheets with basic formulas.
