Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Attention to detail, interpersonal communication, professionalism, teamwork/collaboration, critical thinking and problem solving. Previous office experience is desirable.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

This position will support the Department of Theatre and Drama main office. Job duties may include:

* General organization, filing
* Document management, including scanning and shredding documents
* Space setup and upkeep, including light cleaning, furniture moving and assembly, preparing for SWAP/garbage collection
* Information gathering
* Posting of department materials, including flyering
* Office supply management
* Complete essential errands

Physical Demands:

Lifting and carrying up to 10lbs, light physical labor. Accommodations available.
