The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior Test Automation Developer for the Air Force DEAMS program.  The Test Developer will work under minimal supervision, perform tasks related to automation testing of the Oracle EBS based DEAMS system. This person will be responsible for developing automated test scripts with MicroFocus UFT One that align with the defined manual test scripts.  In addition to automating test scripts, this individual will mentor the more junior member of the teams.  The individual will also be responsible for implementing test automation patterns that improve the overall stability and maintainability of the test automation framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Refine overall approach for test automation for the DEAMS program.
  • Develop and maintain test automation framework using MicroFocus UFT.
  • Develop functional and regression test automation for web applications and APIs
  • Strong scripting knowledge using VB Script for UFT One
  • Report test results and maintain schedules for assigned features and functionality
  • Provides technical expertise on specific products, operating systems and specialized environments
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in Test Automation using MicroFocus UFT
  • Experience testing products in multiple software browsers in a Windows environment
  • Experience with designing automation framework
  • Possesses strong theoretical knowledge in software testing processes and methodologies and SDLC
  • Experience in writing and executing SQL statements
  • Experience in one or more scripting languages (preferably JavaScript and SQL)
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, and software testing techniques and methods.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to pass a Tier 1 investigation.


Desired:

  • Knowledge of the Agile development process; experience with testing in an agile development environment is strongly desired.
  • Demonstrated experience working with continuous integration environments.
  • Oracle EBS experience
  • SAFe certification

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
