We are seeking a Territory Manager for the West Region (California & Oregon) to join our team of talented people to help continue our tradition of innovation and market leadership. This is a remote position based out of our Springfield, OR location.

In the Territory Manager role, you will sell Burton Mill Solutions (BMS) products and services direct to end users and through distribution channels. You will be responsible for establishing a territory plan to effectively manage the channel and grow sales.

How You Will Make a Positive Impact:

• Work the Territory Sales Plan while meeting or exceeding the established quota while remaining within your territory spending budget
• Develop and implement a territory strategy which encompasses maintaining existing business
• Update and maintain end user data in available company computer systems on a real time basis
• Develop a thorough knowledge of the base of end users within your territory
