We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate - AWS DevOps Developer for a temporary role within our Global Banks practice. This role will focus on supporting the implementation of key DevOps initiatives for major global banking clients. You will be responsible for executing existing tasks with minimal oversight, ensuring seamless and efficient operations within a dynamic and regulated banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support DevOps implementations for large global financial institutions by taking ownership of existing tasks and ensuring their successful execution in a highly regulated environment.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate automated code deployments, ensuring timely and error-free releases that meet the rigorous standards of financial systems.
- Leverage AWS EKS to maintain and optimize containerized applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of cloud-native banking systems.
- Utilize Terraform to automate infrastructure management, enabling scalable and repeatable deployments across complex banking environments.
- Provide ongoing support for troubleshooting and optimizing cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and system performance for financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and the continued success of DevOps initiatives within the global banking sector.
- Contribute to cloud security and compliance best practices, ensuring alignment with financial industry standards and regulations.
- Ensure strict adherence to global banking regulations while automating workflows and managing cloud infrastructure.
- Support the continuation of existing workflows, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of tasks that meet both internal and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AWS DevOps and cloud automation, with strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, AWS EKS, and Terraform.
- Demonstrated experience working with large financial institutions, particularly in the banking sector, focusing on executing DevOps tasks in a regulated environment.
- Ability to independently execute tasks and take ownership of existing assignments in a global banking context.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, and scaling in complex, large organizations, especially in the financial sector.
- Knowledge of compliance and security requirements specific to the banking industry, with hands-on experience in regulated environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot, resolve infrastructure issues, and optimize workflows.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud-native applications in the context of global banking systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, meeting deadlines while effectively communicating with stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset, with a focus on supporting a team that drives success in large-scale, complex banking systems.
