You will have the opportunity to: 

 

  • Assist with high-volume recruiting of temporary hires for the upcoming tax season.

  • Screen and assess candidates using a defined template and summarize notes to present qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration.  

  • Provide a consistent positive candidate experience through effective and timely communication throughout the entire recruiting life cycle. 

  • Use project management skills to assist Talent Attraction in managing large scale hiring initiatives. 

  • Partner with Talent Attraction Operations to ensure appropriate communication with candidates occurs and all required documents are completed by established deadlines. 

  • Maintain the highest level of data integrity within the firm’s applicant tracking system and ensure compliance and regulatory guidelines are met. 

  • Develop and cultivate relationships with candidates and Talent Attraction team members. 

  • Demonstrate the desire to continually grow, learn and develop skills and knowledge through training opportunities. 

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing all aspects of the recruitment life cycle with a passion for recruiting.

  • A focus on establishing long term relationships and a passion for identifying top talent to fill current and strategic needs
  • Demonstrated administrative, critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal, project management, communication skills and solid Microsoft Suite skills (Word) required.  Must exhibit attention to detail, follow-through and exceptional customer service skills.

The compensation range for this role is $20.00 to $27.00. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
