Your role...
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Temporary Product Marketing Consultant to join our team until June 2025. This role will lead, oversee and support the integration of acquired entities into the strategic go-to market strategies of ReSource Pro. This role will partner with Digital, Demand Gen, Brand, Industry and leadership of the acquired company and is responsible for understanding the customer, market, and revenue goal, and then developing, driving, and ensuring the smooth execution of market strategy and content to support those revenue goals.

*This position follows a Monday-Friday schedule during business hours.

In this role you will...

  • Develop and implement comprehensive, integrated in-person and digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • creating and implementing marketing campaigns that support business development and growth within the acquired company. Write and guide creatives to finesse any assets developed and create meaningful campaigns each quarter, to achieve quarterly goals
  • Collaborates across the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns. Execute a digital customer journey that has clear calls to action and is built to convert audiences.
  • Implement campaigns across various channels including search engines, social media, sponsorship, affiliate programs, ABM, events, etc.
  • Ensure messaging and initiatives tie together in a customer-centric way, managing assets and campaigns go to market timings and delivery in a way that puts understanding and cohesiveness first.
  • Work with Brand and Digital teams to transition acquired company into ReSource Pro, both online and in-person.
  • Create engaging content both written and design, for digital channels- website, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.

What you need to be successful...

  • 7+ years of experience with B2B Marketing
  • 5+ years of experience managing and executing content and digital strategies Insurance industry experience a plus
  • Proven experience with WordPress, Figma, Wrike, and Salesforce 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strategic thinking/planning skills with a proven track record of executing high-impact, results-oriented integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent content creation and deployment skills including management of marketing team inputs.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities, aligning outputs to strategies and KPIs.
  • Strong project management skill with ability to manage multiple deadlines with high attention to detail – Wrike or similar project mgmt. tool experience preferred.
