Temporary People Analytics Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented People Analytics Analyst for a 4-6 month assignment to support critical HR reporting and analysis initiatives during our Q1-Q2 performance, promotion, and compensation cycles.

What You Will Do

• Deliver quarterly operations review reporting, focusing on key metrics including workforce composition, employee retention, recruiting, and engagement
• Execute comprehensive analysis of a performance review cycle
• Conduct detailed analysis of promotion cycle outcomes for executive reporting
• Support compensation cycle prep, including equity and market analysis
• Support compensation cycle analysis and reporting
• Prepare and distribute monthly people analytics reports covering headcount, retention, recruiting, workforce composition, and engagement metrics
• Merge, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources to create accurate insights
• Support ad hoc requests for HR data and reports from leadership and other stakeholders

What You Will Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or people analytics
• Strong experience merging and manipulating data
• Experience creating clear data visualizations and executive-ready reports
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Experience working with confidential HR systems and personnel data

Nice to have, but not required:

• Familiarity with coding languages (e.g., R) and BI tools (e.g., Looker)

The estimated cash salary for this role is $62.50/hour.
