Temporary Internal Audit AML Manager

RSM is seeking a skilled AML/CFT/Sanctions professional to join our Regulatory Compliance group within the Internal Audit, Compliance, and Legal Division.
As a Manager, you will lead AML/Compliance-focused audits, assess programs, develop strategies, and ensure regulatory adherence. Strong Internal Audit Managers and Seniors without deep AML experience but with proven audit expertise are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AML/Compliance audits for financial institutions.
- Assess programs, identify gaps, and enhance controls.
- Develop and implement AML policies and governance frameworks.
- Conduct independent testing and provide improvement recommendations.
- Address regulatory actions with sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal audit teams and build client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years in AML, audit, legal, or compliance roles.
- Certifications: CAMS, CRCM, CIA (required).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and client service skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (advanced degrees preferred).
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
