Temporary Digital Ingest Assistant

Forbes is seeking a Temporary Digital Ingest Assistant to manage a content delivery system for Forbes Breaking News videos.

Responsibilities

• Store content in a central database
• Ensure content is digitized correctly and in the right format
• Check for errors and ensure metadata is consistent
• Post content on third party websites and portals
• Maintain records of digital Forbes content
• Write headlines and deks for select assets

The Ideal Candidate

• 1+ years’ experience in digital media workflows
• Experience with Connatix and Daily Motion
• Outstanding time management skills, attention to detail
• Thorough knowledge of news and journalism
• Interest in news and politics is a must.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
• Based in the greater NYC area.

The hourly rate for this role is $20.00 - $25.00
