Salary range for this position is $48K - $55K annually or $23.07 - $26.44 per hour.
Position will be eligible for a quarterly incentive bonus after converting to permanent status.
A day in the life.
As our Treasury Analyst on the McGriff Employee Benefits Solutions team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned bank operations account reconciliations and Accounting Operations support functions, maintain documentation on the proper reconciliation process and workflow for each assigned account and Accounting Operations support functions, work with subject matter experts to clear outstanding reconciling items, conduct accurate and timely reconcilements (including statement processing; provide outstanding exceptions to appropriate associates for resolution) of various deposit accounts, processing related general ledger (GL) accounts, internal direct deposit accounts (DDAs) and other GL accounts as assigned, complete daily reconcilement of statement processing; provide outstanding exceptions to appropriate associates for resolution. You will also be responsible and have regular and predictable attendance, and perform other duties as assigned or directed

Reconcile bank activity with error/dispute resolution
Respond quickly daily to resolve issues
Keep policies and procedures current, adhere to all policies concerning cash, prepare for audits by taking time and evaluating data
Ability to go into multiple systems and evaluate data
High school diploma (required)
Demonstrate strong organizational and project skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Able to utilize Office Suite applications (Word, Excel advanced skills, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe
