Essential At Ritual, we want to help our customers build positive habits, then turn those habits into a Ritual. We are looking for a Temporary Sr Manager, Retention to join the Retention Team for a 5 month period to design a world-class activation program across owned channels. You will develop and influence customer-centric strategies that establish Ritual as a key ingredient in our customers’ successful new, positive habits. This is a collaborative, omni-channel role with the opportunity to make an impact through email, on-site, unboxing, and many other touch points in the customer experience

What You'll Do:

  • Build new experiences that are the first touchpoint for hundreds of thousands of new Ritual customers, and help motivate others when they need an extra nudge in maintaining their habits.
  • Own the development and execution of a lifecycle strategy that balances customer needs with the business goals related to LTV and early retention.
  • Own and execute tactics for customer referral to grow the customer base
  • Own reporting and drive performance on critical business measurements like Retention & LTV.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to A/B test campaigns and experiences that move key metrics for the team

Who You Are:

  • You obsess about ways to make customers feel special and ensure they remember your brand
  • Naturally analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights & strategies.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools required (we use Omni).
  • You have 3+ years of experience in growth or retention-oriented role
  • You have experience working in fast-paced environments with regulatory oversight
