Technology Director, Facilities Management - Remote - Philadelphia, PA, US, 19103

Job Description

The Technology Director within Facilities Management is responsible for the delivery of a product-led strategy centering on the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) strategic plan.  They lead development team(s), ensuring effective implementation of the Product program including new functionality, features, practices, and processes for the Facilities Services organization. They will be expected to customize solution integration strategies and account for implementation resources to support associated initiatives in collaboration with other product and group leadership team members.  The role requires the ability to identify and develop delivery models that result in user defined functional software being elevated into production in a timely manner.  This position will roll up within the Facilities LOB as a member of the Technology group function, collaborating with shared services teams as required.
