About the team
Our Customer Experience Worldpayers are at the heart of it all — enabling us to provide world-class support to customers. Unwavering dedication and full of enthusiasm, they’re always finding ways for us to grow together.
What you’ll own
Participate in cross-functional teams and/or interview technical staff and key stakeholders to identify documentation needs and gaps.
Create, write, and maintain user manuals and related technical documentation
Edit content created by product managers, engineers and other stakeholders.
Become a subject matter expert for one or more product lines/platforms
Where you’ll own it
You’ll own it in our modern Burlington office. While we’re a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.
What you bring
3-5 years’ experience documenting technical information in a software company environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the relevant technical or writing field
Experience working as part of an Agile development team to research, plan, and produce content for a range of audiences and products
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills in English, with an eye for detail
