About this role:
The Sr. Technical Value Stream Lead will help design and ensure adherence to the design of multiple global digital products being developed within Carrier Digital. This role will work on a range of hardware and software products critical to Carrier’s continued business growth. As a Sr. Technical Value Stream Lead, you will be the technical and functional leader of one or more scrum teams responsible for solving complex business and technology issues, from strategy to execution.

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED with 10+ years of software engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 15+ years of enterprise-grade software and/or product development experience
- 10+ years of experience in AWS architecture and development
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with key software technologies: JavaScript, NodeJS, AWS Lambda, REST API, Serverless Computing, databases, CI/CD, etc.
- 5+ years of experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing.
