Job Description

We are seeking an analytical problem solver to play a key role within the organization driving and expanding growth through technical support. A successful candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and communication skills and must be able to handle multiple issues in an organized manner.

Qualifications

Support Ticket Management and Resolution

  • Intake, analyze for assignment, and accurately resolve tickets
  • Communicate with clients on support ticket questions and/or resolution
  • Identify trends based on tickets and present suggestions for improvement

Technical Interactions

  • Self QA to ensure intended results and acceptable performance impact
  • Engage with the live production environment
  • Navigate Complex architecture across multiple products 
  • Troubleshoot technical issues utilizing SQL Server, Tableau, and other platforms/tools

Process Improvement

  • Standardize and update SOP’s for how to resolve common requests
  • Identify opportunity for process improvement both internally and externally
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed to drive improvements
  • Manage internal projects via software development lifecycle, as needed

Requirements

4+ years in a data analyst role with heavy usage of SQL
4+ years SQL experience
Affinity for interacting with and exploring data
Strong communication skills, comfortable asking for guidance and clarification as needed
Ability to manage time when juggling multiple concurrent, competing priorities
Ability to work independently and remote
Ability to maintain a high level of quality of work
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new system, processes, and standards
Demonstrate proficiency with technical tools/applications (SQL, Tableau, etc.) 
 

 

Preferred

Experience with Tableau, Mirth, MS-SSIS, MS-SSMS, 
Knowledge of Healthcare industry
