The roleAs a Technical Sourcer at One, your mandate is to deeply understand the technologies we use, how we use them, and how our engineers' work impacts the business. You will work closely with both engineers and leaders to maintain our high standards, build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, provide phenomenal candidate experiences, and ensure an efficient and effective interview process.
This role is responsible for:
Engaging with engineers and hiring managers to thoroughly understand each engineering role's requirements to find the right candidates quickly.
Strategic Evaluation: You assess your own work, identify what's working and what's not, and bring improvement ideas to the table.
Striving to engage with candidates better than anyone else, using creativity and innovation.
Whatever else is necessary to bring the right talent to One
6+ years of experience in sourcing and/or full cycle technical recruiting.
A problem solver's mindset - you're relentless in pursuit of solutions, and hate leaving a problem unsolved.
Proactivity around forecasting and analysis of recruiting metrics.
A deep curiosity that leads you to explore new technologies and concepts.
An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward taking action.
The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $160,000. Pay is generally based upon the level, complexity, responsibility, and job duties / requirements of the specific position.
