UnitedLex is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their dynamic Talent Acquisition team!  The Technical Recruiter plays a key role in the rapid growth and continued success of UnitedLex and partner organizations. This position serves as an ambassador for the company, identifying candidates who fill existing needs and are aligned with organizational goals. Our Recruiters partner closely with the business to provide a seamless experience for both hiring teams and candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ownership of 3-4 open requisitions (technical and other corporate roles) at any given time, sourcing and filling positions to time to fill expectations
  • Source and identify qualified candidates using both proven and outside of the box techniques
  • Build a targeted pipeline of qualified and interested Project Attorneys and transition to intensive project sourcing as needed on an ad hoc basis to meet staff-up requirements. 
  • Provide a high touch recruiting experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Deliver high quality candidates for consideration who are aligned with UnitedLex values and company culture
  • Convert candidates into new hires by meeting the hiring manager’s expectation, budget, and cost per hire guidelines.
  • Create and deliver offers to selected candidates, fostering excitement and ensuring a smooth decision process
  • Help hiring managers reach success in their goals, coaching and advising as necessary and appropriate
  • Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team, prioritizing team and company success

Partner with HR Operations and HR Business Partners to ensure cohesive processes and seamless candidate to employee transitions

REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter in a corporate or agency environment.
  • In-depth understanding of technical positions, including security, architects, DevOps, engineers, and software development.
  • Familiar with technology tools and processes in order to discuss with candidates and assess their skill level.
  • Willingness to learn recruiting best practices for positions outside the technical space.
  • Ability to confidently represent the company with professionalism and courtesy, both internally and externally
  • High energy level with the ability to evoke enthusiasm about UnitedLex.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous scenarios and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent verbal, phone, written, and video interview communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, HR and Applicant Tracking systems

Salary Range 

The salary range for this role reflects the range of factors that inform case-by-case compensation decisions including education, experience, training, licensure, certification, and geography as well as the business and organizational needs specific to the role. Compensation ranges may be broad, reflecting flexibility within the budget and title to consider candidates of varied experience. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this role is $55,000 - $60,000/year.  Select roles are additionally eligible for Incentive Compensation in the form of our Annual Performance Bonus Program.
