Role: Technical Recruiter
Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Up to Php 40,000 per month, with (Php 15,000 bonus per month)
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and sourcing top technical talent. Your responsibilities will include:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, technical communities) to identify and attract qualified technical professionals.
- Technical Screening: Assess candidates' technical skills through technical interviews, coding challenges, or other relevant assessments.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent, tracking candidate progress and engagement.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to understand their technical needs and preferences.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, industry trends, and compensation benchmarks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in an agency or start-up setting.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages, and technical frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Workable and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
