We seek a talented Technical Project Manager to join our technology team, specializing in crafting exceptional user experiences for a new digital health solution tailored to individuals with chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple technical projects. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Agile Software Development:
- Implement and manage Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
- Continuously improve Agile processes to increase team productivity and deliver high-quality software.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Prepare and present regular project updates, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
- Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential project obstacles.
- Monitor and report on project progress, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Assign and monitor work to ensure tasks are completed as planned.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to project goals and timelines.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
