About the Role 🌍

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager – Electrical Engineering to lead and oversee renewable energy projects from conception to completion. This fully remote position requires a strong background in electrical engineering design, project management, and leadership within the renewables sector.

Key Responsibilities 🔋

✅ Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
✅ Oversee and contribute to the technical design and engineering aspects of electrical systems for renewable energy infrastructure.
✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholders, to drive project success.
✅ Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
✅ Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and quality control measures.
✅ Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and project team members.
✅ Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners to align project goals and expectations.

Requirements

Qualifications 🎓

🔹 8+ years of project management experience within renewable energy projects (solar ☀️, wind 🌬, battery storage 🔋, or related fields).
🔹 Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation required.
🔹 Strong technical electrical engineering design experience, with knowledge of power systems, grid integration, and energy storage solutions.
🔹 Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
🔹 Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
🔹 Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
🔹 Experience with electrical design software (e.g., ETAP, SKM PowerTools, AutoCAD) is a plus.
