A day in the life.
As a Technical Project Manager Assistant on Marsh McLennan Agencyâs (MMA) National Technology team, you will engage in a variety of dynamic tasks that keep our fast-paced teams on track. Your day will involve coordinating and attending meetings, preparing agendas, and taking detailed notes to capture key discussions and action items. You will also monitor deliverable timelines, follow up on tasks, and provide regular updates to ensure effective progress.
Flexibility will be essential as you adapt to changing priorities and respond to urgent requests, while your curiosity drives you to ask question and proactively seek innovative solutions to challenges. Throughout the day, you will foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. Your dependability will be a cornerstone of your role, contributing to the overall success of our technical teams. Each day will present new challenges and opportunities, making your role both exciting and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Management team by coordinating tasks, managing small projects, and ensuring timely and effective follow up.Â
Develop compelling narratives and visually engaging PowerPoint decks that effectively communicate ideas and information.
Maintain and organize documentation, including technical specifications, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to the Management team and appropriate stakeholders.

Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience.
