Who You Are

You are an experienced and dynamic technical leader with over 10 years of expertise in data center services and technical project management. You have a strong background in networking, data center routing, and switching technologies, with a deep understanding of LAN/WAN communications and structured cabling. Your technical proficiency is complemented by exceptional communication and organizational skills, allowing you to manage both onsite and remote projects on a global scale effectively.

You are highly self-motivated and excel at multitasking, balancing multiple projects and responsibilities while maintaining a focus on successful outcomes. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are adaptable, and can work independently while collaborating seamlessly with teams and clients. Your ability to develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients ensures that you consistently deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

About the Role

As a Technical Project Lead at Myriad360, you will develop deep technical expertise with specific clients, ensuring superior project management and building strong, trust-based relationships. Your role will involve maintaining and strengthening client relationships to ensure project goals are met and client needs are addressed. You will mentor and manage internal Myriad360 teams, guiding them to successful project outcomes.

You will also play a key role in fostering a remote work culture to optimize timelines, project requirements, and service windows for data center upgrades. This position offers 60% travel (Mostly in Texas), depending on client needs, providing the opportunity to work across various global locations.

Other Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and design installation and testing procedures and processes to meet Client technical project requirements.
  • Provide project documentation and Methods of Procedure (MOP) for onsite and remote technical teams to follow and manage against.
  • Develop deep technical subject matter expertise with specific Clients to ensure superior technical project management and strengthen the trust and loyalty between Myriad360 and our Clients.
  • Communicate with clients to maintain existing relationships and meet project goals and needs
  • Mentor, teach and manage internal Myriad360 resources and teams to successful project outcomes.
  • Develop a remote work culture to maximize data center upgrade project timelines, requirements, and service windows.
  • Work alongside members of the Project Management team and other service team members to engage, manage and communicate with Subcontractors.
  • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section.

  • Must have 10+ years data center services background and technical project leadership experience.
  • Strong Networking technical skill set
  • Excellent management and project communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to multi-task across numerous jobs, locations, and responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of services engagement and 3rd party subcontractor process, pricing, and communications.
  • Knowledge of project accounting and administration.
  • The ability to learn new technologies and solutions and communicate them to Clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • BICSI Certification a plus
  • OSHA-30 Certification a plus
  • Relevant Panduit Certifications a plus
  • Cisco CCNA/CCNP and other certifications a plus

Location: Remote, Candidate must reside in Texas, United States

Travel: 60% (Mostly in Texas)

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission programs. Compensation in other geographies may vary. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
