ABOUT THE ROLE
As Freed’s first Technical Program Manager, you will initially be responsible for building a data collection and annotation system to ensure accurate AI-generated medical notes. High quality documentation is critical for clinicians, making this one of the most important aspects of our business. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable with the 0 to 1 phase of a startup and want to make a difference by increasing clinician love. You will be working with a cross-functional team of engineers, clinicians, and product managers and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AI technology.
HOW YOU’LL HAVE IMPACT
Build a data collection and annotation system to speed up and scale our AI efforts
Scope and manage the execution of clinical annotators and engineers
Work with the product, clinical, and engineering team to deliver on our organizational needs
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Project management experience building complex systems from the ground up
Previous roles working on data processes, collection, and quality
Analytical skills to understand business, product, and engineering needs
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in a technical field like Computer Science or engineering

Understanding of clinical data
Experience working with generative AI
Previous roles in healthcare and startups
Experience working in a remote-first environment
