Technical Product Owner-Twilio

Perficient has a need for an experienced Product Owner with Contact Center experience; Twilio and Contact Center experience is a must.
The Product Owner is a crucial role on an application development team helping to transform a high-level vision into detailed functional requirements, create product user stories, and accept the completed deliver within a given iteration. That person is the primary contact responsible for ensuring the development team works on the tasks intended to address specific product scope and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have past or current Scrum Master responsibilities and experience with CCaaS; Must have Twilio experience. Experience with other CCaaS platforms such as Amazon connect would be a plus.
This is a remote position, must live in the United States.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute as a core member of the product squad or scrum team to convey functional requirements, create/groom user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and engage in testing efforts.
- Partner with stakeholders, clients, and product managers to understand the requirements, capabilities, and user experience.
- Ensure engagement and ongoing involvement from the cross functional team (Sales, TechOps, Customer Success, Marketing, etc.) to provide a continuous feedback loop into the product development process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and product managers to align product roadmaps against known dependencies.
- Define, prioritize, and own the product backlog to reflect the solution scope, vision, and roadmap.
- Conduct the final user acceptance testing and sign-off of a given user story upon completion of development of requirements.
- Influence and negotiate with business based on product capabilities and product needs
- Ability to drive conversations independently with challenging stakeholders & extract business needs and convert them into US with detailed acceptance criteria consumable by dev team.
- Experience as SME and first point of contact from product team
- Experience on documenting architecture and current/future state flows
- Experience translating technical requirements to user stories
- Quick learner & highly adaptable to changing needs & environment
- Motivated & self driven to sustain in a fast paced environment
- Organize and facilitate presentations to business stakeholders for product demos.

- Strong Twilio and end-to-end contact center knowledge
