Technical Product Manager

Guideline is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead our shared services teams supporting essential platform and data infrastructure. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive the launch of new features that enhance our systems' scalability and performance.
What You Will Work On
- Define the strategy and deliver the roadmap for infrastructure and data engineering services that support critical initiatives across the organization
- Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure that our data platforms and APIs meet the needs of internal users and other teams
- Become the subject matter expert on our systems and tools, distilling complex technical details into clear, actionable insights for a non-technical audience
- Ensure scalability and reliability of our data systems, improving the overall performance and accessibility of our data
- Align stakeholders across all levels of the organization around the product roadmap and the impact of delivered projects
- Define platform and business KPIs for infrastructure and data engineering initiatives
- Document decisions to allow for broader company learning and iteration opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of Product Management or Engineering experience
- Demonstrated success collaborating with engineers to deliver technical products
- Experience working with APIs or on platform projects (Postman experience is a plus)
- Strong technical proficiency and an ability to distill technical details to make them understandable to a non-technical audience
- Proficiency in SQL to pull and analyze product data
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

Compensation
At Guideline, we believe compensation should be fair and equitable. We take a data-driven approach to set our compensation bands; the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

- Metro+:
The base salary range for this position is $158,500 - $185,500 annually. - Metro:
The base salary range for this position is $146,000 - $173,000 annually. - National:
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $167,000 annually.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to receive equity in the form of Incentive Stock Options (ISOs).
