Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Product Manager to join our team and play a critical role in driving the success of our enterprise cloud strategy. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to enhance our cloud operations to be customer focused and transparent, to foster information sharing, and put structure around programs to optimize cloud costs. You will be responsible for working with our teams of technical architects and executives in developing and executing strategies that enhance the effectiveness of our cloud deployments across all major providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

The successful candidate will help ensure our teams stay at the front of the technology curve and ensure that our technology teams are up to date with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends, including AI, and infrastructure as code to streamline and empower our engineers to have self service capabilities. We want to lead the industry in leveraging technology to bring new and innovative products to market.

What You'll Do

• Own the Cloud Technology Platforms roadmaps, ensuring strategic alignment persists across multiple teams.

• Support development of high-quality Cloud enablement programs in support of the roadmaps through clear and complete requirements at the start of development.

• Build strong relationships with internal engineering teams and technical project managers both at customer and partnership level.

• Manage and work directly with multiple cloud teams to understand, prioritize, and address their needs and pain points.

• Run multiple concurrent initiatives, each with unique stakeholders.

• Collaborate with technology leaders to commit to and evangelize as oversee on product delivery timelines.

• Serve as a team representative at all levels, overseeing the cloud programs and communicating plans and outcomes with customers and executive leadership.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience documenting software product requirements and product backlog management.

• 5+ years of experience in understanding and building programs to communicate a product vision.

• 5+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams, especially with software developers, project managers, product managers, and technical executives.

• A high-level understanding of cloud, hybrid cloud, AI, automation, and App platforms strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with the online regulated and non-regulated gaming business strongly preferred.

• Ability to compile documentation and report accurate and consumable program status.

• Comfortable with ambiguity; welcomes the challenge of refining a high-level vision into deliverable requirements.

• Work alongside engineers, executives, go-to-market teams, and vendors.

• Ability to work within collaborative environments to organize and facilitate program reviews, roadmap reviews, new product initiation meetings and investigations, and business case reviews.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Pay Range

$131,647 - $244,488 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
