Data Science & Analytics team is expanding within Consumer Marketing organization, with a laser focus on building data tools, supporting experimentation, develop predictive models and extract data-driven insights to achieve our goals for a direct-to-consumer marketing organization which supports 400 million customers worldwide. With a focus on experimentation & data automation, this is an opportunity to work with the best of both worlds, our creative businesspeople and data engineers affecting top line revenue and data products.This is a remote position in the United States. We will only consider candidates currently in the United States and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the role:
- Passion for working in a marketing team of a B2C SaaS product and for applying data analytics to improve business results.
- Professional experience in hypothesis testing, design of experiments, data mining, data visualization and data manipulation/transformation
- Analyze large and complex data sets to solve a variety of business challenges using advanced statistical and analytical techniques.
- Leverage quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and data visualization to drive business and marketing strategies.
- Monitor key metrics (business measurement, testing, campaign, RCA) , set goals, forecast outcomes, and assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and test strategies to optimize marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to shape roadmaps.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, and cross-functional teams to inform and implement marketing optimization strategies and guide investment decisions.
About you:
- Looking for 3 to 5 years of progressive data analysis experience, including data mining, transformation, and insight delivery.
- 3+ years of experience programming in SQL, Python, or R for data exploration and transformation in relational databases, with proficiency in querying large-scale datasets.
- 3+ years in hypothesis design and testing (Frequentist, Bayesian, or multivariate A/B testing).
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, R Shiny, D3.js).
- Familiarity with building data pipelines and automating analytics processes.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure data quality, integrate data across sources, and communicate complex data insights clearly to drive action.
- Experience with analytics tools like MicroStrategy, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics.
- Experience with Databricks, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and big data environments using PySpark is preferred.
- Knowledge of messaging, product, and email marketing strategies is a plus.

The starting pay range for this position is $81,120.00-$133,260.00. McAfee takes into consideration an individual’s skillset, experience and location in making final salary determinations.
